Where is my order?
Once an order is placed, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Upon shipment, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. Allow up to 7 business days from the date of shipment for your package to arrive. Products purchased via express shipping will be packaged and shipped according to shipment policy. All international orders can take up to 14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping to most countries.
What if my package is lost?
If items are not received within 7 business days of delivery date,
please contact us at support@januarydecember.com. Refunds on lost packages is not permitted.
What is the exchange and return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns and exchanges on un-opened items.
